AI makes the pictures. A person signs them.

Campaigns, not one-offs

One AI picture is easy. A whole shoot that matches is not.

A chatbot gives you one image at a time, and each one looks like it came from a different brand, with that AI look you spot from across the room. We shoot like a studio. One look, one cast and one color story, carried across every frame, with your label checked in all of them.

A woman in a gold velvet armchair in the surf holding a Hello Again cup
A man on a gold pool ring raising a Hello Again cup
The same woman on a clawfoot bathtub in a wheat field with a Hello Again cup
The same man on a mustard yellow car at dusk drinking from a Hello Again cup
A hand holding a Hello Again cup up against a clear blue sky
  • Same castThe same two faces carry the whole set
  • Same lookOne bold color and its opposite in every frame
  • Same cupIts sleeve measured against the real one, frame by frame
  • Real textureNo plastic skin

One shoot, five frames. That's what you get every month on Studio.

The cutting room floor

Most of the job is saying no.

A label that reads 8kin.

Killed by the text check.

A cup sleeve that runs almost to the base.

Killed by the signer, then measured. Now every sleeve is checked against the real cup.

A hand-drawn wave, redrawn as a different wave.

Killed by the mark check. Close enough isn't your logo.

A neck label that reads Rich bet Sad.

Killed by the signer, then taught to the checks. Every no becomes a test the machine has to pass from then on.

A picture that's merely fine.

Killed by the signer. Fine isn't good enough.

If a wrong one ever reaches you, we replace it free.

A rejected take: a hand holds the cup up to the sky, its sleeve running almost to the base
Hello Again cup, the sky shot, take 1.
Killed by the signer. The sleeve runs almost to the base, and a flat white dot sits where the sun should be. The real sleeve wraps the middle of the cup.

Three shoots from this month

Same checks. Opposite worlds.

One bright noon by the sea. One flash-lit night in London. One quiet set for a product page. Every frame checked against the real product, and every frame here signed by a person.

Why AI product photos look wrong

The best AI image models get fashion products right 29% of the time.

of pictures kept the product accurate in a test of 850 clothing, shoe, bag, jewelry and accessory products.

Photoroom Product Fidelity Benchmark, July 2026

Google's Nano Banana Pro kept the product accurate in 28.2% of its pictures. The best model in the test reached 29%. Warped logos and rewritten text were the most common failure, in about one picture in five.

We see it too. In one of our tests, a real label came back like this:

Most tools hand that problem to you. Hemmed Ocean catches it before you see it.

Why it's called Hemmed Ocean

The machine makes the ocean. We hem it.

A hem is the finished edge. Ours is a person who cuts what's wrong and signs what's left.

The machines are the crew. They're fast, they never tire, and they get things wrong. The checks catch most of that. Your producer catches the rest, and signs the gallery before you see it.

If it isn't something we'd put our name on, it doesn't reach you.

What a shoot really costs

Filet mignon. Drive-thru prices.

Twenty photos, two very different invoices. A real budget from a working fashion photographer, line by line, next to one month of Studio Plus.

The traditional way The lean version

A startup lookbook shoot

20 retouched images, with web and social use for a year

Questions

The straight answers.

Is this made with AI?

Yes. AI is the crew, and we say so. Every file carries a tag that marks it as AI-made, which Google Shopping requires. A person approves every image before you see it.

Is it really my product?

Yes. Each scene is built from your photos, and every take is checked against them. Readable words, logos, and marks must match exactly. Fine print the models can't draw exactly, like ingredients or lot codes, is kept too small or soft to read. Never readable and wrong.

What if I don't like the gallery?

If an image gets your product wrong, we replace it free. If you want a different direction, that's a re-shoot. And if a First Shoot doesn't give you 5 keepers you're happy with, you get your $149 back.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, anytime, for up to 3 months. The unused days in your month wait for you. After 3 months paused, your membership ends and every file stays yours. Canceling is one click, no call, and we'll offer a pause first.

Can I shoot different products each month?

Yes. Each gallery can mix up to 3 of your products, any of the ones on file. Studio keeps 5 on file and Studio Plus keeps 10. New products get set up as you go: 1 a month on Studio, 2 on Studio Plus, and $29 for each one past that. Clothing is up to 2 garments a gallery.

What happens to my photos if I leave?

Every photo you've kept stays yours to download, for as long as Hemmed Ocean runs. The product photos we hold for your shoots stay on file while you're a member, so your next shoot needs no new photos. We delete those 90 days after you leave, or sooner if you ask.

Do I own the pictures?

Use them anywhere, for good. Every image you keep is licensed to you for any business use, and we never sell or license your images to anyone else. Copyright law for AI images is still being settled, and our terms explain what that means.

Can I use them on Amazon and Etsy?

Yes, with one exception each. Amazon's main product image and Etsy's first listing photo must be real photographs. Etsy also asks sellers to disclose AI-made images. Use Hemmed Ocean images everywhere else on the listing, your site, ads, and social.

Do you train AI on my photos?

We don't train any model on your photos. Your photos go only to the AI services that make your images, and our terms name each one and how it handles your files.

Who sees my product before launch?

Only the people making your gallery. Unreleased products are confidential, and we never show them anywhere.

What if Hemmed Ocean closes?

You'd get at least 90 days' notice by email to download everything you've kept. Nothing is locked inside our site.

What photos do I need?

4 to 6 photos from your phone. Product standing upright on a table, phone held level with the label. Front, both sides, back, and top. Plus its height and width in inches, or one photo of it standing next to a ruler, so hands and props come out at true scale. We check everything before we start.

Why is there a watermark?

Proofs stay small and marked until you keep them. The ones you keep arrive full size and clean.

Extras and add-ons

Extra keepers

$29 each, or 5 for $119. Keep every remaining proof in a gallery for $99.

A new direction

A different scene or style than the one you ordered is a re-shoot: $99 with 3 keepers. Anything that gets your product wrong is a fix, and fixes are always free.

Motion

A 5 to 10 second clip from any keeper, in both shapes for feeds and stories, $99. A 15 second product video, edited and captioned, $249.

Adding a product

Each new product is checked and set up once, then it stays on file. Studio sets up 1 new product a month and Studio Plus sets up 2. Each one after that is $29. Take a product off file any time to free its place.

Clothing

A clothing First Shoot is $199: on a model, flat lay, or both, with 5 keepers. Clothing takes more hands-on review than a bottle or a jar, so a gallery holds up to 2 garments.

Editorial show-off pieces

Hard flash, one bold color, film grain, the shots for launches, ads, and your homepage. $49 each, or 3 for $129.

Taxes

Right now the price you see is the price you pay. If that ever changes for your state, checkout shows the tax before you pay.

Twenty founding spots.

Every gallery is signed by hand, so we open membership a few at a time. The first 20 Studio members get in early, and get more. Founding pricing ends at 20 members or on December 31, whichever comes first.

  • A direct line to your producer. Reply to one person who knows your products, not a support queue.
  • A say in what we make next. Founders suggest and vote on new looks before anyone else sees them.
  • First access to every new look and to motion clips.
  • A founding mark on every gallery, right next to your producer's signature.
  • Your price never goes up. $199 a month for as long as you stay. After the founding spots close, Studio is $249.

In return we ask two things: permission to show your photos in our work, and one 20-minute call about what to make better.

  • Know a brand that should be here? When they finish a First Shoot, you both get 5 extra keepers.
